New updates enable footwear, apparel and accessories companies to reach B2B customers through in-platform marketing materials and campaigns, bringing together content marketing and e-commerce.
GRAND RAPIDS (Mich.) - Footwear, apparel and accessories companies now have a way to market products and increase sales through the Envoy Platform. Envoy announced today the rollout of a host of new tools and features that allow footwear, apparel and accessories companies to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns within the Envoy Platform to reach business-to-business (B2B) buyers for retailers across the world.
“We are constantly innovating in this space because of our deep connections with footwear brands,” said Envoy CEO Jon Faber. “These new tools combine content marketing and e-commerce tactics, giving footwear, apparel and accessories companies the ability to showcase customer specific content in platform and run ad campaigns out of platform directly to only their buyers and sales reps. This allows for brands to attract, engage and inspire their buyers to purchase all in one platform.”
Integrated marketing and e-commerce (known as “content and commerce”) is an emerging marketing trend. A recent study conducted by Forrester Consulting found half of companies are in the planning or implementation stage of unifying their content and commerce strategies, while 45 percent have done so already. The study also explains, “Integrated content and commerce strategies that lead to rich, cohesive, personalized shopping experiences are a way to differentiate [your business] today.”
“Envoy’s new features and tools gives footwear, apparel and accessories companies a competitive advantage by having the ability to directly target their buyers with customer specific go to market content and promotions using ad campaigns,” said Ed Coke, Senior Vice President, OSG North America at DigitasLBi OSG and Envoy Advisory Board member.
“Envoy is committed to empowering manufacturers and buyers, and these new tools show our clients that we have a deep understanding of their B2B sales and marketing needs,” said Envoy VP of eCommerce Enablement Mark Troast. “After listening to our clients, we discovered many of them wanted to stop using content and commerce as different strategies and systems. Content and commerce in one system will make it easier for footwear, apparel and accessories companies to attract and create informed buyers that are inspired by the brand and purchase products that are best suited for their customer base.”
The new tools and features roll out immediately. These tools are open to all Envoy clients and footwear, apparel and accessories companies.
